We devote time, expertise and financial resources to local, regional, and national projects, volunteerism, and partnerships to strengthen the communities we serve. We support multiple causes and organizations because we understand that for employees, a paycheck is not enough. They want purpose.
Therefore, we give them the space, time, and resources to pursue it. Whether that’s mentoring youth or advising nonprofits on building their capacity or using our human resources expertise to support social organizations, we do it.
Skills-Based Volunteering
We believe in skills-based volunteering and we don’t just volunteer time. Using our skills in HR, recruitment, and operations, we create solutions for the unique operational challenges faced by nonprofits.
